SKWATZ 5@162.5 raw, 1@180, 2@192.5, 2@195 PB  BENCH 3@130, 2@132.5 The 195 is on video again thanks to Wiege. Rep 2 is a paused rep (at sticking point) lol and was a REAL effort to finish - should have taken a longer rest after the double at 192.5 which was not too bad at all. I was only 2.5k off my bench pb of 3@132.5 tonight. I was in 2 minds whether to try a third rep or not, but opted to finish and ensure there were no failed reps. A small session volume-wise, but a big session as far as my CNS is concerned. Props to Wiege on his 150k squat!!! (And no way is your pause longer than mine) lol | ||

Squats were more or less as expected. Bench - double at 135 and it was pretty strong. Then took 140 and it was solid so took 142.5 and got that as well. Finished with a set of 5 dragon flags. Low on content, but about right all things considered. | ||

Cleverer than YOU Member 1228, 1046 posts | The benching what I saw looked solid best I've ever seen, you were right to drop to singles after the 135, I'd say you would prob nail a T N G with 145 and 140 paused. | ||
