Did it on the bike, and apart from the machine registering me as dead for about 4 minutes out of the 20, I gotta say I was happy and a little impressed at my workrate and ability to hold a conversation throughout (aside from the last minute or so) Hoping we get to the strength training aspect of it sooner rather than later though... | ||

Then went for a swim but my SWIMP3 was flat so only did 10 lengths before I got bored. | ||

Concentrated on core doing crawl with additional twisting as well as static holds. In total did about 500m - not a lot but with some of the lengths completed as sprints due to my music choice, I did indeed swim till I puked. Reckon I'll start working on my submerged abilities as well - 25m is easily achievable every time so think I'll start aiming towards the 50m mark again - been a long time since I've done that... | ||
