I'd love to get the 140 bud! I'm hoping to up my double by 5k this time to hit the magic 200 Happy The intention is to open at 200 this time, but see how things go over the next few weeks...

Pain sets look horrible! I dont think ive ever gone above 8 reps on deadlifts or squats never mind those kind of numbers! haha

It's not nice - normally I get to 20 no bother then go to two's up to 30. Last night as you can see, I first paused at 13.
It does serve a purpose though and improves mental toughness for squatting in my opinion...

Decided to do a small session today

DEADS - 4@170 raw sumo (something overstretched in my lower right back. Ross, if you're reading this, it's probably my Quadratus Lumborum. LOL
2@190 belted conventional

BARBELL ROWS

10@70, 4x6@90 - all very easy

SEATED DUMBELL PRESS

8@24, 8@28, 6@32 Then I tried to lift the 38s. Failed to clean them the first time. Got them on the 2nd attempt but had nothing left to press them. Still, I;ve not tried them at all before

SWIM - Around about 500m divided into 50m splits. I say about as I lost count. Was probably a bit more. Then did a couple of lengths breaststroke technique work. Also found out that my comfortable swim pace is between 55 and 60m / minute. When I sprint it's about 70m / minute I think - technique suffers when I go faster as the muscles still haven't learned my new movement path. Am quite pleased with how my crawl technique is progressing now.
