Haven't posted for a while, but i have a problem, a sack problem. My left knacker has been swollen for over a year now. I've had 5 doctors look at it, fondle it, fail to diagnose it. All the white doctors wore gloves fondling me plum, but the young Indian female used bare hands ( she wanted it)Wink . I think i have an inguinal hernia ( based on internet diagnosis) but i keep constantly being f**kt about by these so called doctors. Has anyone experienced fat knacker?
As i type me plum feels like its been bit by a King Cobra, Thanks.

I find Deadlift which is my best lift is unaffected by bodyweight as opposed to the other 2. Probably stronger at 90k DL'ing than 100k.

Weights workouts few and far between lately, wrestling has taken priority.

18" rack Deadlift, 70k x 5, 110x5, 170x5, 210x3, 230x3, 250x1, 290x1, 305xf, 230x5.

Continental + Push press, 90x1, 100x1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1.

305 would have been a pr, i probably could have gone a lot further on the presses but called it quit after 10, probably go for 5 doubles next, then 3 triples, then up weight and go back to 10 singles.

I disagree a bit about Calzaghe, the fight against Lacy was one of the best British boxing performances i've ever seen, totally outclassed Lacy who thought it was going to be a walkover.
Getting back to an earlier post, i remember the Honeyghan - Curry fight, what a performance that was, i think it was on a Saturday morning on ITV ( maybe World of Sport). Curry was pound for pound the best in the world at that time and Loyd totally beat the s**t outta him.
Most brutal fight = Benn v McLelland, i remember Alan Minter saying the way Benn went about his "work" after getting dropped in the first made him feel physically sick, he was that brutal!
Always liked Benn outta the three at the time, always gave fantastic value for money, the way he fought.

My biggest problem now is trying not to get injured too much. I seem to ding summat every time i train, shoulders, wrists, sprained thumb last sesh, bruised ribsGrin
