not updated in a while, still with the 531 and getting a slight progress with more frequency and first last sets, been working on my fitness did grace in just under 2.30 i cant clean properly or jerk properly but heres my attempt.

Todays quick session had to wait for someone to pick up a brd we had sold on. Ebay and were a hour late so didnt have much time my assault on a 1:30 grace will have to wait

Yesterday bench 531
Bench worked upto 130x4 then a few backdown sets of 80x7
Half a dozen sets of 10 bw chins
Tried grace blasting as many out as I could to start with hit fifteen rested a bit for another 6 to. Get 21 in 1:50 then. Binned it off grace in. The sun with a hangover isnt fun

Not updated in a bit as I've been regressing and embarrassed about my negative progress, also been training with no goals, apologies if I sound like savage but have decided I want to:Run another tough muddier style race and beat the mrs by the end of the year
Complete a kettlebell class with the 16kg bell by end of August
Compete in salt Ayre classic under 90 if it's running.
Dropped a bit of bw and although weaker feel much better for it, now I'm 36 want to look better, be stronger and fitter than most 18 year olds. Binned off the 531 as it doesn't work for me following a bas***dised defrancos washed up meat heads, doing the upper body parts alternating between sessions with ideally a day between and starting 2 out of every four with squats and one out of four with deadlifts and double progression not doing the finishers as intend to do at least one kettlebell class and one three miler a week. Anyway today's session felt a bit ropey so pace was a bit down.

Today
2 circuits of 30 of each, swings, presses, suitcase lifts and short levers with a 16kg kettle bell plans to do this every non training day and add a circuit when ever possible, once I get to 10 I should be pretty amazing

got a bit of an injury with my left knee that flares up occasionally making it really painful behind the knee in my hamstring to bend it so squats were off the menu today which made it a quick one.
