Nothing to report of late. Waiting for the end of Chinese New Year before I can get on a new plan. Right now I'm just doing band-resisted press ups and kettlebell swings at home, as the gym is shut. I'll do a couple of warm-up sessions once it opens, then get on a new plan on the 14th of February.

Took a video of my deadlift for the first time and realised that i've been pulling wrong since I started. More or less fixed it and it felt great. 250 by the end of the year...
