Not sure why # Push Press 50 x 5 60 x 4 70 x 3 80 x 1 90 x 1 95 x f,f!!?? my pb is 105... So this was very surprising. Technique was really off though. Basically just using legs an not transitioning to any kind of press. # Squat 105 x 5 x 4 sets 110 x 5 (+belt) very easy. 10+ there # Strict Press 50 x 5 60 x 3 70 x 2 x 2 sets 60 x 4 x 4 50 x 10 # Front Squat 70 x 5 x 3 sets # Running around with a 70kg tyre 40m x 4 runs, alternating sides. Current bodyweight is 108kg, and body fat is probably 27% (I did two separate tests, which came out as 26% and 28%). Aim is 96-97kg @ ~20% by the end of March. | ||
