Planning to hit a deadlift PB in the next week or so.

Starting a moderate cut now, too. Current bodyweight is 108kg, and body fat is probably 27% (I did two separate tests, which came out as 26% and 28%). Aim is 96-97kg @ ~20% by the end of March.

Weighed myself this morning for the first time since the beginning of the cut. Lost 3.5kg already, in 5 days. Probably some water weight, but that was more than I was planning so I'll up calories a little next week.
