Friday nights training : deadlift 172.5kx5 comfy! wide grip chins 3x8 10 mins backwards on the eliptical tibialis raises 2x25 atg split squat x25 3x500m rows with 1 minute between at around 2.08 pace fluctuated a little between about 1.58 and 2.14 but mostly i kept it at 2.08 which was close enough to the 2.10 i was aiming for . 3x3 minute rounds on the heavy bag | |||

cool thanks mate i will try this Friday and maybe go for 2.05 as i seem to fatigue quite quickly , its weird 300m feels real easy and then it gets very hard very quickly | |||
