Hello mate, we met a few months back when I came over to Olympic with Paul_D and you gave us a hand with some oly stuff. I was wondering if you'd mind helping me out with a question...having a background in powerlifting (sacked that off for weightlifting only) I don't really have a f**king clue how to structure a weightlifting program. Basically I have a fair bit of time on my hands, easily enough to train daily. Is that the best thing to do? I'm confused! Any help much appreciated bud.

Im sure you ll get there with some training mate, I'm not too bad at cleaning, snatch and jerk are god awful though. Hopefully be heading down to Ivybridge/back to the club at home for some more coaching soon.
