Hello mate, we met a few months back when I came over to Olympic with Paul_D and you gave us a hand with some oly stuff. I was wondering if you'd mind helping me out with a question...having a background in powerlifting (sacked that off for weightlifting only) I don't really have a f**king clue how to structure a weightlifting program. Basically I have a fair bit of time on my hands, easily enough to train daily. Is that the best thing to do? I'm confused! Any help much appreciated bud. | |||

Im sure you ll get there with some training mate, I'm not too bad at cleaning, snatch and jerk are god awful though. Hopefully be heading down to Ivybridge/back to the club at home for some more coaching soon. | |||
