220 x 3 is a huge PR for me, never pulled it over a single before. I figured afterward I may as well go for a conservative overall PR so 232.5 it was. Went up solidly. Vid ill be up later if LMC would be so kind!

Cheers guys, 150 would be awesome. Im taking 120 next week, so If i hit a 5-6 I ll be in good shape for over 140.

Iain- I agree re: gaylord. Used to be all the range but its fallen by the wayside somewhat. Ive replaced it with c**t I think...see you at 330ish tomorrow!

Fairly easy session tonight, didnt do any heavy back since im deadlifting at Iain's tomorrow with LMC. All time bench PR's are 110 x 10 and 120 x 5 so 115 x 7 puts me there or there abouts I think. I ll be using 120 next week and im confident of 4, like to see a 5.

I think a % based of jagerbombs would probably work well. At the end of the day tho if you want to reach your maximum potential, you ll need chemical assistance.

Alright guys, Im usually an MTer (I enjoy the yellow gayness) but since I ll be training with Paul D a bit at uni I figured Id get on here too.
