Thanks guys. Taking a long time to get my technique better but one step at a time will get you there eventually. Just not yet! Dr - yes mate, I went up to 94 as it goes. Last PL comp I did in march I was 85.2 I believe. I have since contracted manorexia and lost a bit of lard/probably some upper body muscle since I have stopped all benching & upper body stuff. | |||

I front squatted 150 x 2 right before it started so I guess in a few weeks I'll be able to tell how far off that I am now. I'm doubtless weaker but I'd mainly attribute that to not being able to squat/deadlift during that time rather than the weight loss. I've previously frontied 140 and pulled 230 at 77-78 and not hugely lean so hopefull I wont be totally wank at this weight! |
