Training going ok still getting alot of pain with the sciatica 4 months now and still killing me just walking !
On the plus side im putting on weight 108kg now so filling out slowly Happy

Not been able to deadlift or squat the past few weeks needing to let this disc sort its self out .

Apart from the sciatica injury im starting to feel that my training is going in the right direction focus is being fit and able for the salt ayre in october ! .

Whats peoples thoughts on EPI ?? I noticed a massive strength gain last year after 2 months ,

Tested Athletes Only use specific supplements that come under my adams & 100% me uk drug testing where they have to give there whereabouts 7 days a week by filling in an email & sending it to uk sport I know they are very limited to what they can and cant take Here are a few uk sport do use -
,My protein , NRG Fuel, maxi muscle , cnp , SIS , to name a few However elite performance athletes also have all the nutrition specialists to use and also quality foods and meats

I do rate Creatine Monohydrate massively as it is thought to be beneficial to competitors who compete in sports requiring short burst of maximal effort (e.g. weight lifting or sprinting) or repeated bursts of short, high intensity activity. It is not known how long creatine can safely be taken for, and there are several side effects I would say creatine being in the top 3 core supplements to be taken for Strongman
