Thanks To Martin I found I found I,S Good to meet some of the boys and also a good set up Just had a play Around with some of the kit Log Press 80 X 5 90 X 5 100 X 1 Axle clean & Press 80 x 4 90 x 2 100 x 2 Keg Runs 80 X 20M 3 sets Trying different ways on picking up and carrying it Circus DB press 56kg x 5 70 kg x 3 I think they are the weights ? Stones Raw No tacky 100 X 3 One movement 120 X 3 knees 130 X 2 knees Loading onto not sure height not far off 5 ft Happy with first session After not touching any strongman equipment in 8 yrs looking forward to next weeks session . Going to watch U105S Tommorow in dumbarton should be a good inspiring day | |||

Hi Davy Intresting Might be tempted .. Only next month though will need to see whats going on with work etc . What are the events for this yr ? And who from shetland is competing in it ? Be a great first comp to do Cheers for that davy ! |
