Thanks mate! My speed went up when I mugged off volume completely. As soon I do 5+ I turn into a squeezy lifter (which I believe is better suited to equipped lifting).
I will post some vids of a couple of people I've trained with the same method I posted on the bench thread, and they all lift a lot quicker than most so it must hold some truth!
I will post the same video's in 9 weeks, and the max lifts here will be the penultimate on the future ones (fingers crossed haha).

Cleans - worked-up to 92.5kg x f, 1 x 92.5kg (PR!)
Squats - 5 x 47.5/57.5/67.5/77.5/87.5kg
DB Bench - worked-up to 40kg; but called it a day as my elbow hurt.
