personally Under 5'8" would be perfect for me I would be "king of the world"

I guess my chances of getting to OZ by the end of the year are around 50/50 when I get down under my rowing days will be knackered for a while so setting long term goals for the season is out. I plan to enjoy it more and not get hung up on the numbers so much.

I used to enjoy power cleans, although I wasn't great at them. I would probably still do them if my left elbow allowed me to.
