One week to get through then the taper, I am tempted to do a 1500 on `Sunday to hopefully boost my confidence. I just don't want to miss the 4x3 though I guess I could do the 1500 then 3x3. Back a bit better today its one of those where you need to keep moving. I thought that when I did my 2k, but afterwards there was NO WAY I would have been able to train properly. A max 1500 would be a good replacement session and valuable in the build up I think. | ||

But then I think why not just do a 2k?? 8pm Long leg bench 60x10x2 100x10 131.5x6 141.1x1 151.5x1 LLPB 152.5x1 LLPB 130x5 100x20 Everything was creaky, definitely prefer AM for bench. | ||

Spinach has been very easy to grow, started on the windowsill then planted some out Boy has chomped it straight out of the pot I cut a bit off. I am growing some in Tubs to try to keep pests off.
