Super smashing sunday session elevates elderly english ergers (h)eart rate. Today UT2 I have been ducking it of late and was really struggling to get any motivation to do it. I split it into 20 minute chunks to make it more palatable.

I seem to have tweaked my left side/lower back (yesterdays contortions painting dormers) which has given me aggro all day, not too bad on the erg But todays 10x45 was a massive mental battle I managed 8 in one go which all things considered I am pretty happy to have done.

Thanks, I think realistically to do the 10 I would need to drop the pace half a split or so,,,,, maybe I will find out in 8 months.

And damn am I getting nervous! One week to get through then the taper, I am tempted to do a 1500 on `Sunday to hopefully boost my confidence. I just don't want to miss the 4x3 though I guess I could do the 1500 then 3x3. Back a bit better today its one of those where you need to keep moving.

I thought that when I did my 2k, but afterwards there was NO WAY I would have been able to train properly. A max 1500 would be a good replacement session and valuable in the build up I think.

I will decide on the day, If I do the 1500 it will be at hoped for 2k pace rather than a true TT. But then I think why not just do a 2k??

Last week I did my lowest HR sub7 @26spm, today I thought I would rate up to 28spm and get an even lower HR my HR had different ideas mildly disappointing.

now, I really enjoy a tub of spinach with my dinner in THE WAGON , wonder if i could grow it ?

both were very wonderfull and i was really glad i chose them !!


I also watched TENET which was garbage.

I can't think of many better things to do on a Saturday than some 2k's, eat fresh spinach and have a bonfire in the rain, good work.

JSL, Sam liked Tenet the other 2 look good but are not free on Amazon. Spinach has been very easy to grow, started on the windowsill then planted some out Boy has chomped it straight out of the pot I cut a bit off. I am growing some in Tubs to try to keep pests off.
