took 15mins
i felt abit beat up today from mon + tues so it was either a really easy session or a day off. didnt want to feel lazy so close to a comp by having a day off so opted for a few singles.

also just noticed how i worded my training, in NO way did i mean 200 was easy. it wasnt, just that i did hardly any work or reps.

90kg (apparently?) was 85 last wk...same stone...
3ft 6 ish x 1
4ft 4 ish x 1
4ft 10 ish x 1 needed alittle head butt at the end

90 thrown onto my shoulder, circus training really starting to enjoy stones
probably my best strongman session so far, small stone i know but really felt some sort of technique and a hint of confidence creeping in..

cheers carl, bought it as an 85kg stone. sum1 has weighed it since and reckons its 89kg? sum t**t else has sprayed 90kg on it...wtf does it weigh?
