I was only benching 105-110kg at the time. Never done push presses or jerks with heavy weights so don't know what I'll manage but I don't think it'll be much over 80-90kg. | ||

It does work. Thats how I got from a 92kg push press to a 102kg push press. Originally my push press was the same as my strict. Now that is piss poor technique as well though! | ||
