Was determined tonight that I was going to get 5+ and I did exactly that on the 180. Deadlift felt hard after squats just because they were tough. Pleased we the rows all done we no straps so grip is getting there.
More reps we the 75 next time.
Overalls pleasing session. Missing the deload next week so back to the 5's then 3's and then 5/3/1 before a deload.

Really pleased we the squat mate think I'd be good for a 220 based on that.
Still happy we the Deadlift too but could I done more need to try harder.

Hmm not sure Nick I can only do the number 2.5 on the captains of grip so mediocre IMO need to be good in both hads.

Strong Session there big Guy Nice Squats and DL all comming along nice Ps did you ever find out who broke the gyms new 74kg Monster DB?? jeezo you just got it the week before at least for there sake you didnt catch them on cctv ...
