If you train fasted early in the morning, when do you break the fast? Right after training or wait untill later in the day?

You know it Adam,

Solkid lifting at the weekend by the way Cool

Shake after training with 50g whey isolate, 30g of Dextrose (or carb powder of your choice) and 5g of leucine for one big ass insulin spike

Wait 60-90 min then have a big protein / fat meal.

Then 5-6 hours later I'll start backloading as normal (i'll maybe have 10g isolate / 15g MCT before in between my pro / fat meal and before I start slamming carbs)
