However have now done plenty of squatting after deads to suprising effect. Off course your not gona be cracking pbs left right and centre, but you can certanly get some quality work in. | ||

Doing deads first can cause your lower back to be too weak to support the weight your reasonably fresh quads can handle, which is where you risk injury.. As i discovered! | ||
