Must do 82.5% on bench volume sets from now - 85% is too high.

Dumbbell seated press - 20sx10,10,10

Incline flyes - 20sx7, 15sx10,l0,10

Got a cramp when doing 20s so i dropped the weight and just did some light sets instead

Dips - BWx8,8,8

Skullcrushers - 5,5,5 10,10

Facepulls - 10,10,10

Just missed lockout on fourth which was really annoying, but I was also busy training a mate, and squats took a fair bit out of me so never mind. Besides, I didn't want to hitch it.

8th rep @105 was a bit of a grinder, but not too bad

Both my legs cramped up really bad - could barely walk. So I sacked off the works sets and just did some squats with 60 to loosen up.

Deadlifts (beltless) - 60x1, 100x1, 150x1, 175x3, 200x6F7 160x8,8,8

bit annoyed but I considering the leg cramps I'm not surprised

Rack pulls - 190x3, 210x1,1, 190x3,3,3

Ab pulldown - stackx12,12,12

Nice to finally get a bench pb again. Terrible rep on the tenth technique wise though - pressed it back into the rack

Should've been 6 but clearly lower body isn't working right at the mo. Gonna do squats and deadlifts at just 80% next week.

Top down deads - 160x10,10,10

Walked these out of the rack and lowered the bar to just under my knee before bringing it back up. I quite liked them - may incorporate them into regular training and see if they can help my lockout.

Missing out the heavy sets this week, and just sticking to working at 80%. Trying to train smart.

Squats (beltless) - 20x10,10, 60x8, 80x4, 110x4, 130x8,8,8

Deads (beltless - 60x1, 100x3, 150x1, 160x6

Top down partials - 160x10,10

Walking lunges - 25sxlength of gym and back 3 times

Walking lunges were a revelation - felt much harder and more useful than normal ones.
