Monday (Adders)

Awful workout, had a bit of s**t today and over the last week, not eat right today, really in a depressed f**king mood.

Deadlift
60kg x 2 sets 10 reps-ish
140kg x 1 set 8 reps-ish
180kg x set 5 rep
230kg x 1 set 3 reps (ok-ish but s**t speed)
250kg x single (felt really s**t and reall slow) Pulled back slightly even while keeping the good Tec.

Still not getting head into the Deads, no energy what-so-ever, really need to sort it out.

Front Squats
60kg
100kg
140kg x 2 sets 3 reps (Back pumped to f**k and hurting)

Left it there as don't want to risk f**king it up. Just really pissed off, hopefully better for the next session at Adders (Sat). Some very nice Squats (170kg) easy single for the Girl at Adders and great tec too.

Tue (Titans Gym)

Chin ups
3 sets 6 reps (fast up super slow down) Warming up

Deadlift (Tec got videos for comments)
100kg reps
140kg reps
180kg 4 reps
200kg ish 3 very easy reps. Think arse coming up abit but alot better than usual. (i'll upload the videos soon as)

Yoke 20+ metres
200kg 40 metres x 2 sets high pick up
300kg 40 metres
300kg 20 metres
200kg 20 metres (Low pick up and standing first)

Hamstrings
Curls 3 sets
Stiff Leg on Plates 2 sets 8 reps

Back really pumped to f**k, but feel better for it now. Starting to get shin splints with the runs so only taking it nice and easy and working up slow.

fore shin spilts get some foot arch supports and ice your shin's after training should help. also ice your back too if you don't already

Could be wrong mate but it doesn`t
look like u lock out at the top.
You could loose reps at a comp through
that.

Nice to see you`ve kept up the overhead work -I was very f**kin impressed with how you did in the Adlington Oh Comp - I seems to me you could have an ace card over all your fellow strongman athletes .Rarely do you get a Strongman who is as Strong as a BEAR but also a master of quality overhead technique. All the best in your comps this year and hope you compete at the Adlington OH Father Cristmas Special in Dec .....

145kg 3 reps
155kg 3 reps
165kg 1 lazy miss 2 reps 1 awful miss. (Sorry Ste and Andy for dumping it)

Andy looking after me today.

Reps on 120kg
14 reps ? (felt easy, had tons of energy left, just bar slipped a little too much on back and pulled R.arm slightly)

140kg - 10 Reps (felt good was aiming for 5) Defo PB

Push Press (Front)
120kg 8-10 reps
150kg 4 reps (was aiming for 3, missed the 5th)

Dips x 40 Body-weight

110 lbs Dumbell Incline Press - 10+ reps

Have to say Thanks again Andy and the lads helping out with the spot's ect.

Very easy to work with you Shawn.
Not sure if you'd be interested, but while Jeffs out of the top groove I'm planning on heading over to Cleggy's place for a tear up with him every other Friday. He's trying to get over to Adders, as personal committements allow, for the Saturday sessions too. Once we have Jeff back on the bus it could well be lemon fresh OH heaven.
