Wish it was that high. I'm good at the min for approx 220kg Raw.

I'll have a write up on England's and videos later.

Monday (Press)

Smith Machine Press - 5X5 with approx 100kg ? Felt a good pump and could feel it working well.
Oly Bench Close - 4x5 upto 140kg + small band very very easy
1 set 140kg + band 13 full reps. easy
JM Press Incline - 20kg dumbells 2 sets 15 reps
1 set 20 reps Push-downs

Also - OrbiGrip 2 mins each arm (no weight)

Back really bad and hurt forarm a fair bit. Good ish performance on two events even though i still f**ked up. As i said next year should be better for me esp with the hip ect. + Event training LOL. Under 8 times this year.

Glad to been part of a real Strongman Comp with nice heavy weights. Lets hope next year it even heavier.

Only one thing pissed me off like f**k is not getting the rep on the Safe Press. I followed the commands (a slight pause at top and feet stood still) and rules before hand and still never got the rep? You decide. Approx 1min 50 sec in.

Only sort of get in the rightish mode for the safe press and loading event. Need someone with me to push me when i there, and get me in the right mood. Happy i never s**t out on the Shield walk (first turn) grew some ball and walked half way back then s**t out. think i was capable of aleast the next turn and poss 1-2 more metres. The Comp was Heavy, but never felt it. Hip was f**ked the next day but body wise and muscle wise i'm fine, no soreness what-so-ever. SO it goes to show once again i a pile of s**t come comp day and need to find the solution fast, i know one or two things that can help but doing them is a different thing as most people know.

Down Adders with Joni next week hopefully (Friday)so be good to meet a few of you lads and have a good day there.

I`m no expert but you need to slow down & not
rush at everything like a bull.
Regaurds someone to pysch you up well i may be
able to help you there.I plan on being at a fair
few more shows next yr & if your desperate/stupid
enough i`d be more than honoured to help get ur
head as right as poss,plus u could moan at me
as well Grin

i agree that going apes**t is the best way, just need to control it at the same time.

Loading = solid, pity about the last object.

In your next comps, always have a wingman ready there, some b**chy bas***d who will get you focused and has all your stuff ready, chalk and stuff. Plenty of candidates around usually Grin

So team comp next, or did you get a partner for it?

Had a c**t of a week really. Really down in the dumps the week-end alot of head s**t f**king up ect ect, then failed bike theory test by 1 f**king stupid question 43/50 (robbing scamming c**ts) got 2 lucky dips for the WED and Sat Lottery though. LOL

Did a s**t Pull workout fri ? F squat 140kg 3 x3 Forearm sore as f**k as head f**ked, did pull 260kg piss easy but head f**ked for the second as that's when i feel the hip go. Still good for 300-310 but probably be sore as f**k (hip) after it.


lost Team Partner again for Comp this weekend, so may be on my own.

100kg 1 set 10 straight from floor press strict (real easy)
140kg 1 rep, 1 motion clean and strict press v surprised
120kg 6 reps floor to over head (3 reps push pressed)

220kg 3 reps
260kg 2 reps and a miss

Incline Bench (Oly)
2 sets
70kg
110kg 8 reps, slow down fast as f**k up.

Here's hoping for the Lottery tonight, so i can pay for Pudz to come over for the weekend. Grin

f**king knacked, hungry as f**k and in one f**king foul mood. Pissed off with f**king everything, esp my f**king pussy s**t hip, and how much of a c**t i made myself this year in comp's and to an extent in training.

Dead-lift (Oly Bar)
60kg 10 reps
100kg 6 reps
140kg 6 reps
220kg 3 reps (bottom suit first time)
300kg 1 rep (suit first time)
320kg 1 rep (suit first time)

Why the f**k can't my head be right when my body is ? Got a good few slaps on the back anf flipped on the c**t bar.

Power Clean
140kg rep

Power clean and Press
140kg power cleaned and easy f**king press
160kg missed clean slightly PB
straight away swearing 1 power clean and f**king press. (slammed the bar like f**k back to the floor)

Bit of grip work, shrugs light, wrist curls (front and behind)
1 set hammer curls 12 reps 30kg or something.

Thinking i was only going to press this weekend but f**k it get my head right and i dead-lift.
