Squats (Oly, Raw) 60kg reps 100kg reps 140kg reps 160ish reps 185kg reps all sets finished with a full pause at bottom. All nice an easy except injures that were already present Chins sets of 10 in beweent every set, bar one. All real easy. Got a plan with these. Deadlifts upto 220kg for few reps i think | ||

(i think) Got my events on video with some grade A+ music but youtube arseing about at the min. Will post soon as. Monday (Next Gen) Did hour of Thia Boxing and very very hot and f**king knacked from it. Very hard cardio type session tonight. | ||

But at the min i though f**k it at lets see what happens. lol Also going to see what happens with the bodyweight (think i may drop to high 18 stone, and see what strength levels are like) (Bodyweight never really affected my strength before, so putting it to a test) | ||

Injuries pissing me off. 280-300kg 17" raw pull for one two or three reps. Sunday Too f**king hot, but boss comp. PB most of a KFC bucket and still had room for more. Not eaten al week so quite happy Monday Sparring and ground work 2 hours odd, really f**king tired and no air in the place, far too hot. Body-weight now with f**k all food again, 118kg LMFAO Lets see what happens here | ||

Did some stupid 3 min grappling with shot then 2 mins 90% pads with kick ect then straight back into 3 min grappling. f**kED Lol | ||
