80 , 117 , 117 much stroner than last week. 135 next session for sure!

All good this week great session with Will pulling 240 DL and only just missing it and my confidence seems to be coming back with stones and actually achieving lifting the futher muckers!!!!!!
Strength is coming out in confidence so hope to make some great progress the next 7 weeks before Sat Ayre

Got a comp coming up bro and event is 80kg log for reps so wana work up to super fast 1 motions. At mo my form is way off so gota find my rhythm while working up my strength. Yes clean set up press I may be good for 20/30% heavier but for this occasion reps are king.

I've been going a few kg's lighter on bench trying to nail my form then hope to smash out a PB soon.
As I am working nights and not so busy at mo have just gone through PB's.

~For reference PB's
5reps x 5sets 112.5kg
3 x 5 115kg
3 x 127.5
135kg paused bench

5reps x 3sets works really well for me. I am after 110kg this week then intend to increase 5kg for next 3 weeks then will drop reps and start some single heavy presses. Really want a 145 bench in the next 4 or 5 weeks.
But like they say what works for 1 not always for the other.
