Tom, do you miss training daily like you used to when in 100% shape? (whatever that means to a powerlifter lol). Since I started training 6 times a week, I just cant imagine going back to weekly 3-4 workouts. I guess Im just too addicted. Im pretty sure you are the same. Happy

Rememver when we used to do 18" deadlift? And 16's? 15's..... 11's...... 4 inch..... 13 and a half...... Equipped squats...... Unequipped squats......

Supposed to squat but some myaterious knee pain convinced me to deadlify today and possibly squat Friday

140 x 6 - felt like there was 8 there but I told myself 6 when I woke up so 6 it was!

162.5 suggested there could be a 175 on Friday. Very easy bench session, sold myself short a bit!

Here's my HUGE deadlift from today! I've forgotten how to do a deadlift though, I tried to bend my back, but that's all I could do...



On a serious note, when I can confidently front squat 160 without injuring the f**k out of everything, I recon I can clean this...
