See You Next Tuesday Member 2254, 3824 posts SQ 240, BP 165, DL 300705.0 kgs @ 89kgs UnEq | bit of chest, pulled my chest last week warming up! couldnt even open the oven door or do a press up for 2 days! 60 - 8 100 - 5 120 - 3 130 - 2 140 - 1 150 - 1 160 - 1 (went up easy but could feel my chest starting to pull so stopped here) then did 6 sets of tricep pull downs. happy enough the chest is getting better, another week and it should be bk to 100%. | ||
