bit of chest, pulled my chest last week warming up! couldnt even open the oven door or do a press up for 2 days!

60 - 8

160 - 1 (went up easy but could feel my chest starting to pull so stopped here)

then did 6 sets of tricep pull downs.

happy enough the chest is getting better, another week and it should be bk to 100%.

benched today. sprained my thumb at rugby so couldnt manage more than 140, and that hurt! alot!
