my bench sucks anyways! could careless about it atm Tongue

i need a bigger chain for the dip belt at the gym as i can only squeeze on 2 25's and 1 thin 5kg plate! any more and my ball bag gets nipped of the streched chain! Unhappy i want more! taking own chain next week Grin

Crazy Owld Session! No-explode = power i forgot how much i love that stuff! took a while to kick in and on hack squats grip went on the 160 and dropped it from the top so done another rep. felt light headed to f**k on the front squats and thought i was going to a 'Smalls50kgplate' with 100kg but i managed to keep it together. then onto squats, well what happened here , felt like 140 may of been my max today as i had already done 2 exercises so decided to go up in 10's and never thought i was going to stop, however 200 got the better of me so i left it there! happy days!
