Wasnt happy about missing deadlifts and as the weather has picked up thought I'd get my frame and tyre out! First rep on car felt horrible but next 2 triples felt good and smooth , van just to say fitted on with the bumper groping me lol! Tyre flip was fast an was surprised as I ain't done tyre in months! More to come! | ||

Stones 80xf 70x1 Log Press 60x3 80x3 100xf PB! on clean Axle FTOH 70x5 100x1 110xf 100x1 115xf Should of done Axle first and i would of nailed the 115 for a pb! back was fried the 115 was very close only needed to lock my right arm and it was there, never mind ill get it next week log and stones where a no go after cardeadlift! back was finished! good session though and huzi pressed a nice 125 axle FTOH! | ||

Shoulders and triceps where aching to start with but all felt nice and smooth! Squats where harder than I thought they would be but happy with 130 , glutes are aching now from walking lunges! all squats where beltless too as i left the f**ker at home, didnt really affect me i dont think.. | ||
