Session felt good! floor press was too light and was first session with overhead on 2x10 so 75 was just a starting point , felt like i could of done more so will up it to 80 next week and should hit 10 sets again with a bit of luck Happy happy days

I would have done naturals but its pretty far and all sorts of genuine u105kg beasts will be doing it. Probably do the SAAA if weight is anywhere near.

Dropped weight on squats, so i can touch my ass of my heels with each rep, not to just low enough like before

and man am i paying for it now! quads are fried!

leg press felt strong! as did squats but they where difficult come the 9/10th set!

5k increase on each of these next week! Happy

Session went exactly to plan +5kg on bench and press so thats all good , didnt have me blowing out of me arse to much either Happy

although it was meant to be deadlift day but the big meaty squats of friday are still leaving me unable to walk! Unhappy hopefully better by wednesday! Happy

solid clean and presses mate!! i think i might start some weighted dips..........although im pretty fat so technically my bodyweight dips are weighted Tongue

im pretty sure you will get there first, ive never done them weighted before!! but will certainly give it a go!

Hammer Curls
12x10 with a 1/2 rep between each rep
12x10 with 10 1/2 reps at end
12x10 with a 1/2 rep between each rep
12x10 with 'until failure' 1/2 reps at the end

Very happy that i managed 180x2x10 , reps where alot smoother and quicker than last week! so 185 on the bar for one weeks time! hopefully get the full amount of sets then too! if not ill get there.

chins felt strong , uppping them to 10kg next week

and the hammer curl x-rep program off BB.com is just for smalls! massive pump Wink

I WILL HAVE BIGGER GUNS COME COMP TIME!
