normally takes me 24 hours to get the doms of squats , but with this im feeling it instantly and it dont go away! walking like robocop already!

and boar will b envious of my quads now Grin

cheers dan! rest is just 'my set your set' , type of rest so not alot at all, 30-45 seconds maybe? trying to keep tempo up!

Overhead felt easier than last week even with 5kg increase, cleans are good and easy also!

bench felt smooth , hard towards last few sets

dips gave horrible pain in left elbow , although i have been of my cod-liver oil for about a week and before starting that i remember having a jippy elbow so best get myself back to asda and get some more asap!

and pushdowns for the gunshow showdown

i liked it when i thought of it , i even liked it when i written in my phone for preperation of doing it

now i f**king hate it

its brutal! working i think , but brutal nonetheless!

been missing my sunday events sessions past few weeks for one reason or another

so getting back on that this week with yorkshire orientated exercises

thanks trav! gunna give is 6 weeks then probably go to 531 , see how things go Happy

progress feels good now though , first few sets 1-5ish all feel really good and strong with the weight , 5-10 is just a pain

i love 531 ive been on it about a year, made great gains and i love how flexable it is with assistance work
