Got two more tattoo appointments and my back is soree

Don't want to f**k the tattoo up , so can't squat or deadlift or shoulders really

Just keeping going with some bb style stuff

Big deadlift double , secret numbers till after Xmas hahaa

100/3 push press no belt no sleeves no wraps

Keep on plodding on , keeping numbers level till after new year

100+ overhead 250+ dead kinda thing

Until tattoo has healed and then it's gogogogoooo to under 80 domination

Deadlift is piss poor at moment

Running the cube method for the next 16/18 weeks ish

Only doing it for deadlifts and overhead clean and strict press

Try and get some more events time in.
