will you be adding the entire 10k on your biceps and lats? sweet, thats the way to do it. when i went from 90-100 i got loads of "free" strength gains, well worth doing

thanks mate.

the machine i do dips on is strange as its air powered also for assitance for people who cant dip/pull up

the knee pad can be put all the way to the bottom , but even then with 20/25kg weights on the dip belt for like the first 1-2'' of the dip the weights are rested on the pad before the chain on the belt lifts them. but 90+% of the movement is with the plates not rested. its a bit annoying really
