Member 642, 2482 posts SQ 204, BP 142.5, DL 260606.5 kgs @ 86kgs UnEq | thanks mate. the machine i do dips on is strange as its air powered also for assitance for people who cant dip/pull up http://thebonearchitect.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/chin-assis... ^ like this one ^ the knee pad can be put all the way to the bottom , but even then with 20/25kg weights on the dip belt for like the first 1-2'' of the dip the weights are rested on the pad before the chain on the belt lifts them. but 90+% of the movement is with the plates not rested. its a bit annoying really | ||
