Today was a bit of a steady the ship type session after things being unusually challenging the first part of the week.

Bench Press
1 x 10 20 kgs
1 x 5 55 kgs
1 x 5 70 kgs
1 x 5 85 kgs
1 x 5 100 kgs
1 x 5 115 kgs
1 x 5 102.5 kgs (Paused)

Military Press
1 x 5 20 kgs
1 x 5 40 kgs
3 x 5 70 kgs

Pull Ups
1 x 5 BW
1 x 5 BW + 15 kgs
3 x 8 BW + 30 kgs

Band Pull Aparts 3 x 10

Everything felt easy (thankfully), with a bit of luck I'll be feeling strong again next week.

Lol cheers dude. The thing is they weren't really very strong compared to what I am capable of, I specifically chose the weights I did on the upper body stuff because I knew they would be easy and the squats were just awful, every rep felt hard and the technique was poorly executed. Deadlifts still remain this week as an opportunity to turn things around lol.

You need a big old spoon of man soup phaggot, I did the scottish seniors hung over to the balls last year and hit PBs in all three lifts. Hangovers just add an extra dimension to lifting (like nearly s**tting yourself while benching).

Alright mate, been a busy man of late but I've still been training away. Missed a 160 bench by about an inch (I'm told) on Monday so hopefully I'll get that PB very soon.

A wee update on last nights training, just a quick session as I was short on time but a good one none the less ...

Bench Press - Up to 150 kgs (did 155 last Thu and the narrow miss on 160 Monday so didn't push beyond 150 in this session).
Pull Ups - worked up to BW + 50 kgs x 3 (felt very easy Grin)
Dips - worked up to BW + 70 kgs x 5.

I'll try and update when I can but not got a great deal of free time at the moment.

Bloody hell steel. Super pullups and and dips! That's dragonball z right there.
I made this training montage of you doing your bodyweight exercises in the Capsule corp gravity amplifier.

Quick update from tonights training whilst I am on here:

Bench Press 1 x 1 145 kgs, 1 x 1 155 kgs, 2 x 2 140 kgs (the 140's were paused).
Pull Ups Up to 1 x 3 BW + 55 kgs
Dips Up to 1 x 2 BW + 80 kgs
Morton Pushdowns up to 1 x 4 35 kgs + doubled band (this is a crazy combo of cable pushdowns and bands as invented by the one and only Neil Morton LOL).

Plenty of PB's for all three of us tonight so all in all a very good session!

it will mate you'll get that 160 bound to fall soon as so close last week, btw someone is catching up with you on bench, Bryan got 142.5 on Tues nite, will you be at the Palace tomow for deads?
