Nice benching Mike.

Looks like you're back on 5 3 1 ?

I'm thinking of just pushing the last sets on the 5's week and the 5 3 1 week and just doing the required reps on 3's week, what do you think ?.

I've been hitting 10 reps on the main set on squats and I want to keep this going until June when the 531 week will be 160kgs which will be a big PB and I would be chuffed to bits with as it will mean a big PB single.
