Another deload session today.

Deadlift

1 x 5 140 kgs
3 x 3 120 kgs

Good Mornings 3 x 5
Leg Raises 3 x 10

Everything stupidly easy and fast once more, I'm looking forward to getting back to heavy weights next week.

The deload is over but unfortunately I think any benefits from it were undone by the weekends festivities, the show had to go on though lol.

Bench Press

Incline Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows 4 x 10

No heroics today, mainly because there simply wasn't any energy there to do it, but I do feel better for having trained.

This was another challenging session today and I had to scrap what I had planned, it's been 3 full days since the weekends madness and I am still suffering, I think it's fair to say I get horrific hang overs! I rarely drink these days and I'm not keen on doing it again anytime soon after this shambles lol Grin

Haha your hangovers must be the worst of anyone i know. Wonder if youll still be feeling the effects on thursday for benching ha

I bloody well hope not, I weighed myself and have lost 2 kgs in bodyweight from not eating lol, feel so flat and tired it's unreal!

I've been eating like a f**k nut too.
Some sort of bargain bucket at kfc, packs of cookies, shortbread etc.
Hope you heal up for Thursday. Do you reckon the alcohol will keep its' deathly grip on your liver until then?

Junk food ftw my friend! I have had 2 separate meals of chilli with rice and each was followed by a massive bag of kettle chips, I plan on having a few pints of milk and some toast soon too.

I think I should be ok for Thursday, my hang overs usually scupper me for 3 or 4 days and then I'm fine, we shall see though lol Grin
