squats are going well right now one more squat session and
i will go for 220 well i hope to

incline log press
80 x 10
100 x 4
110 x 2
120 x 2
130 x 2
140 x 2
150 x 1 was going for 2 reps lol
just a go at this as it may work the tris more then flat log press
triceps press down
6 sets x 12 reps
barbell curls
6 sets x 12 reps
reverse barbell curls
4 sets x 10 reps
grip work
x 6 sets.
