Blue Band Resisted Squat + Knee Wraps 3x1@240
Shirted Bench Lockouts x1 @ 240,260,270
Reverse Band Deadlift x1 @ 300,320
(Changed the band set up so an inch from lockout the bands take absolutely nothing at the top! It was tough today, but exactly what I need)

Well, you did beat Ron's total! Can't deny that!

I was wondering about this, you take quite a low bar, a fair bit lower than me. So I suppose it makes sense that your high bar and safety bar squats are quite low. I don't think the safety bar really effects me like it does most people, the higher bar position lets me pop up nicely from the bottom, then I crumple over, then I finish it off like a deadlift.... I guess it would just be a totally f**ked up movement for you.

Equipped partial bench x 1 @ 240,260,275,290
Green band squats 240 (needed a spot, completely messed the rep up, and felt pretty sluggish warming up)
Speed squats 5x1 @ 170
Reverse band deadlift x 1 @ 300,325f again felt a bit slow warming up, think I've tried to push the extra lower body stuff too much and it's affecting my heavy work. Will sort this on the next wave
