Think something between 192.5-197.5 would have gone but 202 was just a bit too heavy from mondays session. 2/2/11 Bench Press 187.5 x 1, 202.5Fail, Dropped back then and did 180x3 DB Shoulder Press 2x2 1x3 @ 45kg Bells Squat and Deadlift tomorrow, might put the suit on and see what I've got......... | ||

Or maybe my legs just aren't strong enough? 3/2/11 Reverse Band Squats with Knee Wraps and Belt x1 @ 290,310,320 (Have a vid of the 320 will put it up soon) Deadlift in the Suit x1 @ 270,300,320F Just getting back into the suit felt ok but just a bit rusty and not that up for it after the squat, may go again sunday after some light squatting. | ||
