sorry for the late reply mate im sorry to read that you have been ill and have a slight knee problem my training partner gives in 110% on week 1 (5 or more) just does the 3 reps on week 2 and then goes all out on week 3 (1 or more) and it work great for him so give it a try and see how it goes | |||

been a mix bag the last few days and had a deload week im full of cold but still had to do a session Squats 60x8 110x8 125x5 140x5 155x10 oh press barx8 40x8 50x5 57.5x11 split squats (couldnt lunge gym to busy) 12.5kg db in each hand 10per leg 3 sets seated db press 26x8 30x8 35x8 5 sets of dips and 5 sets of RDL good session done in an hour now time for bath and bed |
