Good choice! I've been training there lately, its not great, but a lot better than FitSpace.

in my 4th week of my training cycle i do deads before i have a deload front sqauts. My last Pb on deads was june last year and i was a stone heavier and mid way through a course of gear, and it wasnt a true deadlift because it was hitched to f**k. heres the clip of last years. so pleased with my numbers as clean for 7 months and almost 1.5 stone lighter.

cheers bish.... i have been doing deads after my sqauts but i think im gonna just put em on my pull day..... and put power cleans or romanians after sqauts.

Sounds good mate.

I used to deadlift on a single day but i've been pulling after squats and i think i prefer it, as long as i'm not in the suit. Squats get me nice and warmed up.

f**k it i may do both days and see what happens i seem to get (or atleast feel) stronger if i do certain movements twicw a week.Im applying that same theory to pressing at he mo.
