Don't see the point! They are the best iv'e done & the new targets are where I need to be & all the PB's were done last year so what does it matter. It's only a target for my ref.

Not decided on any comps as yet man will see what comes along. May stay at u90 but not decided as yet. Just going to have a couple months training & see where things go.
Overhead may be crack pipe but the others esp squat & front squat should happen with a good years training. I will just have to prove u all wrong lol

Nothing wrong with talking a little crack, I have been at it myself and looking for a comp to aim for this year. Does it really matter being u90 as most comps will be novice ones?
Beating you and Drew in the same comp would be great for me.

lol. lets hope that that comp has a max squat, then I will have a banker event over u both. yeah only comp u90 is the scottish & im sure that will stop me being a novice which as weak as i am is not good

1st day back for a while & things went better than expected. Decided to check what my max lifts are over 2 sessions so 1st up was deadlift, bench & push press.
warmed up with some concept2 rowing & a few light front squats
Deadlift
60x6, 100x4, 140x2
160x2, 180x1, 200fail
180x2, 100x6x2
things went better than expected & my ego made me have a go at a 200pb. Got it mid shin which wasnt expected 1st day back so no more max for a couple of months & it will go.
Bench just did doubles & maxed out at 80, failed 90kg so plenty work needed, expected it cause bench & overhead is dire as always.
Barbell push press for rack, again just doubles & maxed out at 70kg which was easy, went 80kg & a mile away. Again plenty work needed.
Next session max squat & front squat, then down to some hard graft & a plan for some good gains.

A busy venue today with a squad of boys. Drews getting traps & looking chunky & Emo looking every inch the strongman.......
Came in late to find a bunch of guys doing farmers next event so decided to join in.
Warm up with some pick ups then off.
Bottle farmers 80kgx60m (turn @ 60m)
comfy enough with no drops but blowing
Then 90kgx60m.
Not so easy, no drops but had to grind like f**k after 45m cause my legs decided not to work anymore lol. Tweaked my left lat & had to fight not to spew for about half hour after.
Squats
warm up with bar

Decent enough but not a huge amount more left & couldn't be arsed putting wraps on so prob had a 160 grind in me but no point today
Then prowler for 2 runs of 40m
Liked this cause im so in need of sprints as my conditioning is garbage
Need to stop doing silly lifts as the farmers not in the plan today & pretty much just f**ked about afterwards

Alive yes but not kicking much.
Some training due cause I enjoy it & not for comps. Maybe next year if I can get my lifts up around a decent novice etc but for now just repping the piss out of it.
