I did some last night, but they weren't very Turkish. I shall be re-visiting those videos that I bought and didn't borrow from some kind of weird online library. Fanny's Garden Sesh New Year's Eve: Deadlift up to 215kg PB!! Woo Hoo! Axel floor to overhead up to 80kg (Axel floor to overhead PB!). Some squats, which Fanny was quite s**t at. Timed 230kg Farmer's hold. For some amount of time. DOH Axel Deadlift up to 140kg. Moved 150 slightly, but it wasn't going to happen. Had a lovely day, cheers thanks, ta Tony, Pagan & Pagan Junior. I'll get the video on here on Monday when I get back home. The Owl's PC isn't quite up to the job of video editing.  | ||

The Owl doesn't even have a sound card, as her PC is made from twigs and the crushed up bones of dead voles. It'll be better for Fanny to wait until he gets back to Fandango Towers and has access to his vast musical library. | ||
