cheers ED,GO,N,Matt onwards and up ill be going hard on deads n squats,today was inspirational,i watched an m7 do a world record squat think he was 72 powerlifting is a tough sport but if you keep chipping away you will get your goals i defo learned that today takes time small improvments over time, dig in and be strong.
