Arrive at a very cold Adlington, as is the norm at the minute. Warm-up commnences then is interrupted by Handsome Fred arriving, not only with his European Silver Medal but also driving a brand spanking new Bentley!!!!!! Both medal and motor are very impressive, well done Fred!!!!

back to the warm-up, which lasted about 40 minutes...

Not the best session ever, wasn't moving the best, squats were hard. Although i suppose 12 months ago this would have been an excellent session poundage-wise. Onwards and upwards!!!
