Squats Warm up then 100kg x3 110kg x5-PB 110kg x5 110kg x5 100kg x8-PB Finished off with some leg assistance and curls for girls-5 min warm down on bike. Pleased with today,strict press was nothing special just keep ticking over but very happy with volume on squats,think theres a definate PB in the tank now | ||

Power clean then strict press 50kg x6 60kg x5 70kg x1 -2 was there but messed up my breathing 70kg x F-got the powerclean,had 2 push press it. 50kg x6 All in all pleased with todays session,was very nice too get 3 singles on my current PB,strict press was weak but its the first time ive done them starting from the floor. | ||

Really pleased with todays session,deadlift felt strong,got the last week of routine next week so Im aiming for another PB | ||
