aye deads were looking good mate!

But could stand on something a bit thicker to make the leg drive longer. Might get pretty tough though Grin

Thanks mate cheers for the help,gonna use the boards next time should hopefully help me blast through my sticking point

70kg x2-PB,there was a third in the tank but I f**ked up my breathing.




Squats

Warm up then

100kg x3
110kg x5-PB
110kg x5
110kg x5
100kg x8-PB



Finished off with some leg assistance and curls for girls-5 min warm down on bike.


Pleased with today,strict press was nothing special just keep ticking over but very happy with volume on squats,think theres a definate PB in the tank now

Good to pull a pb but picked up a niggle in my lat,happend before about 6 months ago took about 3-4 weeks to get training back to normal but it doesnt feel as bad this time and was able to carry on with workout so should hopefully be ok!

Finished off with squat box jumps,not sure of the height I think it was around 20 inches,did 5 sets of 15

70kg x F-got the powerclean,had 2 push press it.

All in all pleased with todays session,was very nice too get 3 singles on my current PB,strict press was weak but its the first time ive done them starting from the floor.
