95kg x5 (adjusted grip slightly wider on these,stil very close grip though)


Only a quick session,had to run a class tonight,did a fair bit of Cardio for an hour Happy

Shins were in agony,just couldnt get any drive through my legs due to my shins being f**ked up Unhappy

One of those days,worst session Ive had in a while due to shins flaring up,gonna rest them over the weekend as im getting pain just standing from them atm,Next week will be better Happy

my PB on a barbell before i started was 155kg so its 27.5kg in 11 weeks if my maths is right? really pleased with the results just need to keep it going now
