Virus and bug and acid gaestro finally gone! 3kg lost mostly water and insides I think Saturday 1st feb - sparking some life into all muscles with a full body pump 3 sets of 10 on each exercise limited rest between sets and no rest between exercise , heavy weight Calves superset - seated calf and standing calf and donkey calf Hamstrings superset - lying leg curl and seated leg curl Quads superset - leg press and leg extension Back - seated row and machine pulldown Back - cable row and wide grip pulldown Traps - rear delt machine and behind back shrugs (up to 180) Delts - seated dumbell press and side lateral Chest - incline db bench and decline chest press Chest - flat bb bench and incline machine press Triceps - dips and pushdowns Biceps - preacher machine and cable ez bar curl Forearms - reverse grip curls and hammer curls Abs - broom twists and decline sit-ups 20 mins of lazy bike | |||
